Tasting Notes: This wine has been aged for 22 months in French Oak that is predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon with a bit of Petit Sirah and Petit Verdot to round out the bold flavors. This full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon has a delicious long lasting dark fruit finish. Perfect with a New York Strip or a dark chocolate ganache with black berries.
