AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY

We CAN NOT ship wine purchased online or by phone to the following states due to state laws:

AL, AK, AR, DE, HI, MS, RI, UT

What is your return policy?

Happiness Guarantee: At 7Cellars & ONEHOPE Wine, your satisfaction is our priority. If our wine does not meet your expectations in quality, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement under our 110% Happiness Guarantee. To initiate a replacement, please contact us at support@onehopewine.com or nic@7cellars.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

No Buyer’s Remorse: We understand that wine selections are personal; however, we do not accept returns, process cancellations, or offer refunds once fulfillment of your order has begun.

Missing or Incorrect Items / Damages: If your order is damaged in transit, or if you’re missing items or received the wrong product, please contact us at support@onehopewine.com. We’ll be happy to send a replacement at no cost to you.

What is your cancelation policy?

Order Cancellations: Please contact support for order cancellations immediately. 7Cellars is only able to cancel orders within 24 hours that have not yet begun fulfillment in our warehouse. If your order is already being processed by our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel the order. Please note gift card sales and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
