Chef Enrico Botto's Prosciutto Wrapped Baked Burrata

 

Prosciutto Wrapped Burrata Baked served over roasted peppers and drizzled with basil pesto

Ingredients

2 slices of imported Parma Prosciutto, 1/4 ounce piece of burrata, 2 ounces  roasted peppers, tablespoon of basil pesto

Instructions

Wrap the Parma proscuiito around the buratta and place in preheated oven or air fryer at 400 degrees. Bake for 3 minutes.

Heat the roasted peppers in a non stick pan and place on center of plate. Place the prosciutto wrapped burrata on top of peppers and drizzle with the basil pesto.
