We at 7Cellars strive for 100 percent customer satisfaction. If there’s a problem with your order, or if you’re unhappy with your wine for any reason, please replace the cork, and contact the 7Cellars team right away—we will be happy to return or replace it for you.
Shipping rates fluctuate due to destination location and item weight—they are calculated by our shipping provider and always represent the actual shipping cost.
While you specifically don’t need to be present, someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for and intercept your 7Cellars wine shipment—otherwise, it will be returned. Please contact the 7Cellars team if you’ve already placed your order and do not believe that anyone of age will be able to sign for the shipment.
Place your 7Cellars wine order, and we’ll ship it out within two business days. Once our shipping provider receives your order, you will receive a shipment notification and tracking information in your email inbox.
